Our standard support rate for clients not on a support contract is $175 per hour plus any applicable travel expenses.

Implementations can be tough.  The Project Support Plan offers you the peace of mind that the project will be backed by experience and dedication.  With our extensive knowledge of the product and experience with implementations of all sizes, let us help you with your project implementation. 

 

Here is what you will receive with the Project Support Plan:

  • Strategic On-site Consulting

    • 1 day per week of on-site or remote assistance (32 hours per month)

  • Strategic Phone Support

    • support for system administrators via phone and email

    • all calls or email requiring an hour or less are included and do not deduct from the 32 hours per month

  • Receive discounted rate of $150 per hour when additional on-site consulting hours are needed

  • Unused hours in one month may be carried over to the next month

    Express Bundle                                                                         EXPRESS CRM

    

Combine a condensed version of three popular support areas and you have the Express Bundle.  With this plan you receive:

No more worrying about finding time to train your new employees on your CRM application - No more worrying about performing system maintenance - It’s all taken care of.  The Express Bundle is ideal for the business that needs just a little more than basic phone support.

 

Quarterly System Maintenance includes logging into your system remotely and checking the overall health of the database and server.  This would include purging logs, verifying disk space, restoring a backup to verify the backup is working, checking the SQL logs, and performing any SQL maintenance required.  In addition we will identify any patches that your system requires.

 

Quarterly End-User Training gives you the opportunity to train new recruits or refresh your existing users' skills via our web-based training.  These two hour training sessions provide convenience and value.  Have as many users attend as you like.  We keep your agenda on file and offer you one hour per quarter to develop a new agenda that covers new topics.

For those customers who have laptop users that sync, get the support you need for your sync process in addition to basic phone support.  Managing the sync process can be time-consuming.  Save yourself time; let us be your go-to group when sync and other GoldMine issues come up.

 Express Phone Support includes unlimited support via phone, email, and logging on remotely if needed.  Consulting, training, on-site visits, and system admin hours are charged at a higher rate.

  • This option comes with sync support for up to 10 users

  • For more than 10 users on sync, call us for a quote tailored for your setup

How Does it Work?

  • Classes are held weekly for 1 hour including a Q & A session

  • Held in Webinar style format with all participants interacting with instructor

  • All participants will receive an e-mail with log in and conference call instructions

  • Since you sign up as a company, you can have as many participants from your company as desired.  However, only one connection per company is guaranteed, so sharing may be required

  • Make up sessions of the previous week’s topic are held after the normal weekly session

  • $300 per month for non-support customers.  $175 for support customers

Notes

·    Additional charges apply for travel expenses for on-site support outside of Wake, Durham, Guilford, Forsyth, and Alamance counties in North Carolina

·    Thirty (30) days notice is required to terminate support or change to another support plan.  Notice of termination of support must be in writing.  Client's account must be paid in full prior to termination.

·    Unused hours can not be refunded.

·    The first monthly payment will be due upon signature of the support agreement.  Monthly payments are due 10 days in advance. 

·    Relevant Automation reserves the right to terminate support agreement in the event that phone support is abused.

·    Support is available to customers without a support agreement for $175/hr, plus expenses.  Phone support is billed per minute for the actual time used.  On-site appointments scheduled in advance require a 4 hour commitment.  Exceptions can be made to the minimum in certain circumstances.
