- It’s all taken care of. The Express Bundle is ideal for the business
that needs just a little more than basic phone support.
Quarterly System Maintenance includes logging into your system
remotely and checking the overall health of the database and server. This
would include purging logs, verifying disk space, restoring a backup to
verify the backup is working, checking the SQL logs, and performing
any SQL maintenance required. In addition we will identify any
patches that your system requires.
Quarterly End-User Training gives you the opportunity to train
new recruits or refresh your existing users' skills via our web-based
training. These two hour training sessions provide convenience and
value. Have as many users attend as you like. We keep your agenda
on file and offer you one hour per quarter to develop a new agenda that covers
new topics.
Add-ons:
For those customers who have laptop users that
sync, get the support you need for your sync process in addition to basic phone
support. Managing the sync process can be time-consuming. Save
yourself time; let us be your go-to group when sync and other GoldMine issues
come up.
Express Phone Support includes unlimited support
via phone, email, and logging on remotely if needed. Consulting,
training, on-site visits, and system admin hours are charged at a higher rate.

Notes
· Additional charges apply
for travel expenses for
on-site support outside of Wake, Durham, Guilford, Forsyth, and Alamance counties in
North Carolina
· Thirty
(30) days notice is required to terminate support or change to another
support plan. Notice of termination of support must be in writing.
Client's account must be paid in full prior to termination.
· Unused
hours can not be refunded.
· The
first monthly payment will be due upon signature of the support agreement.
Monthly payments are due 10 days in advance.
· Relevant
Automation reserves the right to terminate support agreement in the event
that phone support is abused.
· Support
is available to customers without a support agreement for $175/hr, plus
expenses. Phone support is billed per minute for the actual time
used. On-site appointments scheduled in advance require a 4 hour
commitment. Exceptions can be made to the minimum in certain
circumstances.
