10 New Leads

Many salespeople like to use a marketing letter in order to "warm" prospects before making a phone call. Typically they will ask their marketing department or assistant to do a mass mailing of letters to a large number of their prospects to introduce herself and her company. Then they wait a few days for the letters to be delivered. 

On the first day of calling, most of the prospects either have the letter on their desk or at least have some memory of the envelope. Call effectiveness and morale is at a high. After a few days the effectiveness of the letter diminishes as prospects begin to lose track of the envelope and forget its contents. Then the salesperson has a large number of cold calls left. 

The solution to this problem puts that salesperson in control of the flow of letters. When they need new prospects, they click the "10 New Lead" Button. The button pulls together several features of GoldMine to select 10 previously untouched leads, assigns them to the salesperson, prints a targeted letter, and schedules a follow up call in 3 days. 

Web Leads

Moving leads from your web site to your database can be an overwhelming project to get started. GoldMine provides a web import feature that will import leads sent via email from a script running on your web site. Until now the challenge has been in building the web form and script that makes the web import feature work. Advanced Search

If you are a GoldMine user, you probably appreciate the fast and easy searching with the Contact Listing window. However, if you have a very large database, you probably have a number of people named Smith. You need a method of searching on more than one field at a time. We have built a custom search interface that will enable just that! You can search for Smiths that have a zip code that begins with "27." Or search for all of the Smiths in San Jose. 

Trade Show

How do you handle your trade show leads when you return to the office? Once their contact information has been imported, you need a quick way to update each record with their lead priority, product interests and the follow up information to be sent. The problem with this scenario is the number of leads that are usually generated at a trade show. We have built a custom interface that makes entering this information fast and simple. The Trade Show program makes following up with every lead a realistic goal! 

Telemarketing Next Lead

If you are an experienced GoldMine user, you know that GoldMine's filters enable telemarketers to efficiently work through leads. With large databases, optimization can be used to speed the search process for each new contact record. The problem with optimization is that each user must have his/her own filter to prevent users from calling the same lead at the same time. We have programmed a solution that enables telemarketers to share one list of leads with the performance you need without tripping over each other.
