With Priority Manager, you can finally take that long list of calls and truly prioritize! This program enables you to sort your list and assign each activity a priority level from A to D.

Once sorted, the Activity Center takes over and significantly automates the task of completing activities and scheduling those all-important follow-up calls.

To start off, your "A" calls are displayed. Clicking on an activity brings up the Contact Record. Once you have made that call, simply click on the appropriate button and the activity center will complete the call in GoldMine.

After that, a menu will appear prompting you to pick a day to schedule a follow up. By selecting one of these follow-up options, Priority Manage will schedule a new call in GoldMine for you.

When your "A" call list is complete, your "B" list is displayed and so on. This product takes completing and scheduling calls in GoldMine down to just a few clicks of the mouse. History activities are logged, follow up calls are scheduled and you never have to worry about a prospect falling through the cracks.

Customizing Priority Manager

Priority Manager can be configured to reflect how you work. Here is a screen shot of some of the available options.

Additionally, each button can be customized or you can create your own. Customized codes, attaching automated processes or adding a contact to a group can all be programmed into buttons with the easy-to-follow customization tools.

However, Relevant Automation is also available on a fee basis to quickly and efficiently customize the program for you.
