Features

Task bar buttons are added to CRM so a quote can be created or re-opened directly from the Account record.
Contact information in CRM is automatically populated into new quotes in DQM. You will never have to re-type your Account's information.
Quotes are linked to the CRM Account record automatically. Managers can now run reports to see the status and details of all quotes produced. Use quote data in your filtered searches to create follow up or marketing lists.
Follow up activities can be automatically scheduled for each quote on the rep’s calendar. Now you can easily have visibility into all of the forecast and no quotes are able to fall through the cracks.
When saving a quote, a link to the quote is automatically created in CRM. You can quickly see all of the quotes and launch them directly from within Microsoft CRM.
Updating quote information in DQM will automatically update the corresponding quote in CRM.
In addition to Quotes being created in CRM to match quotes in DQM, the DQM Connector also creates a corresponding Opportunity with a rolled up value of the quotes related to the Opportunity. The quotes and opportunities are linked together using built-in CRM relationship functionality.

Microsoft has recently changed their policy about selling older versions of SQL; they have removed SQL 2000 and 2005 from their pricelist. Resellers are now required to ship only SQL 2008. This decision is important for Relevant CRM customers using GoldMine with older SQL versions because FrontRange will no longer be able to ship SQL 2000 or 2005 licenses with the purchase of any additional seats of GoldMine.
