    • 8 consulting hours per month of on-site or remote assistance
  • Strategic Phone Support
    • support for system administrators via phone and email
    • all calls or email requiring an hour or less are included and do not deduct from the 8 hours per month
  • Unused hours in one month may be carried over to the next month
