Implementations can be tough. The Project Support Plan offers you the peace of mind that the project will be backed by experience and dedication. With our extensive knowledge of the product and experience with implementations of all sizes, let us help you with your project implementation.

 

Here is what you will receive with the Project Support Plan:

  • Strategic On-site Consulting
    • 1 day per week of on-site or remote assistance (32 hours per month)
  • Strategic Phone Support
    • support for system administrators via phone and email
    • all calls or email requiring an hour or less are included and do not deduct from the 32 hours per month
  • Unused hours in one month may be carried over to the next month
