Here is what you will receive with the Project Support Plan:

- 1 day per week of on-site or remote assistance (32 hours per month)
- Strategic Phone Support
- support for system administrators via phone and email
- all calls or email requiring an hour or less are included and do not deduct from the 32 hours per month
- Unused hours in one month may be carried over to the next month
