This would include purging logs, verifying disk space, restoring a backup to verify the backup is working, checking the SQL logs, and performing any SQL maintenance required. In addition we will identify any patches that your system requires.
Quarterly End-User Training gives you the opportunity to train new recruits or refresh your existing users' skills via our web-based training. These two hour training sessions provide convenience and value. Have as many users attend as you like. We keep your agenda on file and offer you one hour per quarter to develop a new agenda that covers new topics.
