When QuoteWerks pulls the contact information into your quote, our innovative DataLink feature can automatically pull other information into the quote such as terms, sales tax rate, customer profile, etc. Customer profiles can be used by QuoteWerks to determine the appropriate pricing a particular customer should receive.

You can personalize your print layouts with the built-in visual layout designer. Our advanced print layout designer allows you to easily insert data fields from your contact manager into the print layouts. The following custom QuoteWerks programs are available:

Automated Re-Pricing for Brock-McVey
This program checks GoldMine and another contract database to determine the lowest possible pricing for a customer based on the various customer and contract pricing available. The process is run automatically before a save or print to make sure that all pricing is correct before it goes out.

GSA Contract Manager for ACG
This program updates the current quote to populate the GSA contract number in each line of the quote. It also creates summary items at the bottom of the quote to track GSA related discounts.

Excel Import for Sypris
This program is an Excel add-in that enables quick import of quote data directly form Excel. This is commonly used for resellers to take a manufacturing quote, rearrange and clean up the data and push it right into QuoteWerks.

Word Input for Brady
This program was written for a company that needed to have the flexibility of creating their quotes in Word and still have the reporting benefits of QuoteWerks. The program reads bookmarked data in the Word document to populate a QuoteWerks quote.

SalesLogix Contact for PEI
This program allowed custom integration of QuoteWerks and SalesLogix. The program enabled the customer to customized the search for contacts and the data returned to the quote.

Output to Excel for Sypris
This program enables the user to quickly export a quote to Excel and then format the Excel spreadsheet based on a specific customer format. It also automatically e-mails the quote using Outlook.

Excel Input for Medcon
This program was created to automatically import excel data into QuoteWerks quotes.

Microsoft has recently changed their policy about selling older versions of SQL; they have removed SQL 2000 and 2005 from their pricelist. Resellers are now required to ship only SQL 2008. This decision is important for Relevant CRM customers using GoldMine with older SQL versions because FrontRange will no longer be able to ship SQL 2000 or 2005 licenses with the purchase of any additional seats of GoldMine.
