FrontRange Solutions has announced the release of GoldMine Premium Edition 8.5.1. The main focus for this release is to continue to improve stability and performance of GMPE 8.5 product features and functionality. GMPE 8.5.1 contains 47 incident fixes, as well as adds several compatibility updates, including Windows Vista SP 2, Windows 2008 SP 2, and Microsoft Office 2007 SP 2.
GMPE 8.5.1 will be generally available to GoldMine Premium Edition customers the week of July 6th.
GoldMine Premium Edition 8.5 was released in April this year, with this GMPE 8.5.1 release being the first service pack available for the Premium Edition 8.5 product line. For a complete list of fixes refer to the GMPE 8.5.1 release notes. Please note that you can now use the Auto-Upgrade feature when rolling out 8.5.1 as an upgrade to 8.5.0 users on a network. This is discussed in the install guide under the section on Unattended Installation.
