Here’s how it works.  The e-automate Connector View connects to your e-Automate data and shows it in a clean, easy-to-read web page. All you need is SQL Server Reporting Services installed. If you’re not using GoldMine or Microsoft CRM, but want that type of user experience, you’re in luck. Many CRM applications have the ability to show web pages in the application. That’s where the simplicity comes in. 
 
It’s been my experience that less is more. The more that one application can do for you, the better. Productivity is improved when application jumping is minimized. The “hang on Mr. Client while I pull up this other program so I can see your equipment” is long gone. With this solution, your users won’t have to open two applications, just your CRM application. Your CRM system can serve as your one, go-to application for all things that have to do with your customers.
