Relevant CRM Pricing and Policies
- Our standard rate for clients not on a support contract is $175.00 per hour.
- For additional options and lower rates, please review our support options.
- We charge for one-way travel time (to your office but not for the return trip).
- We charge for mileage for the round trip at the prevailing government rate, currently 55.5 cents per mile.
- Our on-site minimum is 8 hours when traveling over 1.5 hours one way to your site.
- For customers requiring less travel, our minimum is 4 hours for on-site.
- Travel time will be different depending on the consultant working on a given project.
Out of Pocket Expenses
- Out-of-pocket expenses such as airfare, car rental, parking, meals, hotel, etc. will be billed at cost and detailed on your invoice.
- Air travel is booked in business class when available. We work hard to get the lowest available rates for all air travel.
- We do not charge a per-diem unless the customer requests it.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and company check.
- All invoice terms are Net 10 Days.
- Late payments are charged 2% per month for any open balance.
- Payment for software is required in advance.
- Software return policies are set by each software vendor. Be sure to ask about the return policy before purchasing as each vendor can be different.
Custom Applications, Integrations and Add-ons
- There are two types of custom applications we provide for our customers (Spec and Resale).
- Spec projects are specified and paid for by the customer. Source code is always provided as part of the project.
- Resale applications are programs written by Relevant and are offered for resale to one or more clients. By default, source code is not provided even though it may be customized specifically for you. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like special consideration.
- Customers on support receive preferred rates and scheduling priority. Please contact us for more information.
