Harry Shaughnessy, President & CEO

Harry Shaughnessy helps customers to move their business forward. He has a unique perspective when looking at problems, which consistently leads to creative and cost-effective solutions.
 
Harry started a professional services company in 1993, and it eventually became Relevant CRM. Harry’s continued focus on building repeatable, consistent results through process and automation has been a key element to Relevant CRM’s success.
 
Harry has more than 15 years of experience with contact management, sales force automation, CRM and other related projects. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and has expert knowledge of SQL, CRM and GoldMine.
 
When Harry isn’t cycling or spending time on the beach, he enjoys tech gadgets and sharing his unique sense of humor.

 

 

Georg Buehler, Solutions Architect, Business Analyst

Georg Buehler began working at Relevant CRM as a consultant in 2002, and has filled many roles including business analyst, programmer and trainer.

 

Georg began his professional career as a molecular biologist working on genetic analysis and research at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. He later joined Identify Software and had a variety of roles there, including technical support, sales engineer, marketing analysis, product manager and IT manager.  Eventually, he began to focus on the company’s data management and CRM systems.

 

Georg earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from North Carolina State University. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, and has proficiencies in multiple CRM systems including Microsoft CRM, GoldMine, QuoteWerks, Salesforce.com and SalesLogix. His programming language experience includes T-SQL, VB.net, C#, VBA, Perl and PHP.

 

Georg is Vice-President of the Board of Directors at Emerson Waldorf School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

 

 

Charlie Butler, Technical Support Manager and Trainer

 
Charlie Butler is an innovative problem solver. He is an active listener and builds strong relationships with his customers. He attributes his success on the job to being well-organized and responsive to customers’ needs. Charlie finds great satisfaction in making customers happy, especially when it’s due to the productivity tools they are using.
 
 
Charlie has more than 20 years of contact management, sales force automation and CRM experience. Before joining the Relevant CRM team, Charlie owned his own CRM service company. Charlie’s experience includes training and support to more than 50 companies with hundreds of users.
 
 
Charlie attended DePaul University majoring in Psychology. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional with additional certifications and expert knowledge in SQL. He has more than 10 years of hands-on GoldMine experience.  

Charlie enjoys the outdoors and loves spending time golfing, hiking and playing with his grandchildren.

 

Joey Carabetta, VP Sales

Joey Carabetta understands the importance of customer profits. He focuses his extensive skills in business to help guide customers to implement CRM systems that will improve their bottom line.
 
Prior to joining Relevant CRM, Joey worked in the semiconductor industry, most recently as Director of North American Sales at TranSwitch. Before TranSwitch, he spent 9 years at Applied Micro Circuits Corporation in various roles, including Director of Business Development.
 
Joey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Berea College in Kentucky, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University. He is an expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SQL and GoldMine.
 
Joey is a technology enthusiast at work and at home. In his free time, Joey enjoys antique radio restoration, home theater and technology.
 
 

Chris Cooke, Solutions Architect, Developer

 
Chris Cooke enjoys solving problems and challenging puzzles. At Relevant CRM, Chris uses his diverse programming skills to build integrations between different systems.

As a former manager at a medical IT company, Chris supported electronic medical record and practice management systems for more than 100 doctors’ offices and managed a health information exchange among 5 hospitals and two national lab systems. Chris also worked for a domain registrar company, where he was in charge of customer and technical support to its worldwide customer base.

Chris earned an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Dutchess Community College in New York. He is a Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist with additional certifications and expert knowledge in SQL, VB.net, XML and JavaScript.

Hiking and photography are two of Chris’ favorite activities.
